At Velo Orange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear and components. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, washers, and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
